Four services. One flow.
Most clients start with a free stack walkthrough. Here is everything we do after that.
They stack — connecting your tools is only worth doing if the result shows up somewhere useful, and a dashboard is only worth trusting if somebody is watching the connections behind it.
- Free stack walkthrough call (we map your tools on the call)
- A built-and-tested connector for every tool in your stack (median 2 weeks each)
- Up to 26 months of history backfilled so day one isn't empty
- Go-live with everything visible in one place
Connect Your Tools
We wire together the software you already pay for — phone tracking, website analytics, CRM, email — so they finally share their data instead of living in separate tabs.
Nothing gets replaced. We sit behind those tools, pull the data out on a schedule they can cope with, and load the history so day one isn't a blank screen.
Who this is for: any business running four or more systems that each hold part of the customer story.
- A custom live dashboard for owners and managers
- Scheduled email/PDF reports on whatever cadence you want
- Agreed plain-English definitions (what counts as a lead, a sale, a repeat customer)
- A working session to train your team
One Dashboard
Every number that matters to your business on a single live screen — instead of six spreadsheets someone rebuilds every Monday.
We build the screen around the questions you actually ask: which branch is busy, which campaign is paying for itself, how many of last month's calls turned into anything. Before we build it we agree, in writing and in plain English, what a lead is, what a sale is, and what makes a customer a repeat customer.
Who this is for: owners and managers who want one screen they trust more than the spreadsheet.
- 24/7 monitoring with our pager attached, not yours
- Fixes included when an upstream tool changes its API or auth
- Monthly plain-English health summary
- A named human contact, not a ticket queue
Keep-It-Running Care
Software changes under you constantly. We watch every connection day and night and fix it when a tool breaks or changes — you never chase a broken report again.
This is the part most integration projects skip, and it is the part that decides whether the work was worth doing. An alert reaches us, not you, and the fix is included — we own the breakage.
Who this is for: everybody we connect. It is how the flow stays a flow.
- Unified API access with keys and developer docs
- Webhooks for systems that need to react in real time
- Custom connector builds for niche or in-house tools
- Direct engineer-to-engineer support
Custom & Developer Work
For companies with in-house software or a dev team: one clean, always-current feed of all your business data your developers can build on.
Your engineers get keys, documentation and a single well-shaped feed instead of nine vendor APIs with nine authentication schemes and nine sets of quirks. And when you have a tool nobody else has ever heard of, we will build the connector for it.
Who this is for: teams with developers, an internal product, or a data warehouse to feed.
Three steps, and then it just runs.
The same shape whichever services you buy. It is deliberately small.
Stack walkthrough
One call, about ninety minutes. You show us what you run and what you wish it told you. We say plainly which tools will be easy, which will be awkward and why. You leave with a written plan whether or not you hire us.
Build & backfill
We build the connections, agree the access we need in writing, and load your history without tripping anybody's limits. Two weeks per tool is the median, and four tools at once is a normal first job.
Operated service
It runs. Data arrives, the dashboard stays current, health is watched, and breakage is ours. You get one invoice with a handful of lines on it. New tools join later at the same two-week median.
Fabric metrics
Canonical records written to the hub across every operated connector.
One completed sync run of one connector. The primary metered unit.
Upstream response to canonical record committed, p50 across the fabric.
